seashells and retirement

i’ve known debbie since 1977.  i’m not sure if i found her or she found me.  doesn’t matter.  she became one of my college roommates when i desperately needed one.  i plan on writing about that someday.  she is still my dear friend today.  she has taught me many things.  one of them is how to retire.  i recently visited her and her husband, kim in vero beach, florida, where they live part of their lives.  they showed me a different way to live.  joyful, relaxed, uncluttered and together.  i learned retirement from a different perspective.  and at the end of the day, it is all about perspective.  we picked up some sea shells and i had some fun.
